TemplateMonster provides all of the art files to make further customization easy, but more importantly they have a good forum and support team for helping designers use the templates most effectively. I never feel like I’ve asked a ‘stupid’ question, and I know that all of the help I need is available, for whatever my customers need. This means my customers don’t get stuck in a wait-for-me-to-learn-something purgatory, and jobs are quicker to finish. Statistically, my customers on TemplateMonster templates need less hands-on support after launch, and the sites stay current through WordPress updates much longer than other templates I have used. United StatesI have purchased a few templates from you, and I'm always amazed at how great they (and your customer service) are. I find them easy to customize (and I take them pretty far from where they started sometimes) even with my extremely limited experience with building websites. My recent purchase, template 34187, is now happily working away at www.jaycasmirri.com, even with some video that prettyPhoto made fairly easy to incorporate. Great job, please keep it up!
